Prep the hair with ghd body goals total volume foam 

Rough dry the hair to 85% dry on a low heat setting

Place the size 2 ceramic brush into the hair vertically 
 

Rotate the brush away from the face and direct ghd helios on a higher heat setting at the hair

Continue until all the hair has been curled, always wrapping away from the face
