Shampoo:
Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply a small amount and lather. Massage into scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Conditioner: 
After shampooing, squeeze excess water from hair.
Apply a small amount of conditioner to hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Massage the conditioner into hair, making sure to distribute evenly. Leave the conditioner on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water.

Treatment:
Shampoo your hair with your preferred Goldwell shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Apply the 60 Second Treatment to your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Leave the treatment on for 60 seconds. Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. For best results, use the treatment once a week.Follow up with your preferred Goldwell conditioner.
