For when the brush applicator hardens in the base or top coat of Red Carpet's colour dip range. Brings brush back to original softness.
How to use
Ensure nails are cleaned and prepped. Apply a coat of base coat to nails and quickly dip into the Colour Dip Powder, tapping off excess. Repeat the steps until desired opacity of colour. Next, apply Activator to nails and wait 20 seconds. Apply a layer of Top Coat and allow to dry.
