1. Wet hair
2. Lather shampoo and rinse. repeat if necessary
3. Apply conditioner to mid-length and ends. leave for 2 minutes then rinse
4. Original Treatment can be applied either to damp or dry
5. Mid-length to ends and blow-dry or style as usual.
6. Body Lotion: Use daily on damp or dry skin.
